Hi my name is Teri Lacro ! I’m a Cosmetologist that specializes in all things beauty, and owner of Charismatic studio & Charismatic Bride we specializing in an On Location Bridal business in South Bay Area. I love making people look and feel they’re best for any event or just on a daily bases. I started my business 12years ago. With a desire to do what I love with a flexible schedule for my growing family. I’m a huge believer in empowering other women like my self to strive towards own their own business and following there dreams. I enjoying helping other women by sharing what I have learning in my 20 years as a Cosmetologist. I’m Married this three amazing children + our adopted fur baby Jackson (dog.) We also love to travel as a family!
I love to meet new People, I truly enjoy getting to know each and everyone I meet.

I'm a wife & mother of three beautiful children. with all the 2020 challenges. We were blessed to get our first family Pet Lab and pitfall mix that we rescued. (Jackson). In our free time we enjoy to travel plus spending time with our large loving family and friends..

Charismatic Bride - Supportive/Intuitive
Teri/Charismatic Bride is a MUST HAVE for your wedding day or special event. Teri did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and had a precise intuition for the vibe/style that I was trying to achieve, and was wonderful at making adjustments based on my most vague and obscure requests. I did a trial with Teri a few months before my wedding day and found two looks that I loved, but ended up going with a different hairstyle the day of. Teri was able to make the change seamlessly. I was so happy I completed the trial beforehand because it left me confident with my final decision on my wedding day. My bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup looks as well. Teri was a pillar in our get ready time before the wedding and brought a sense of calm to the group. I recommend her 100 out of 10!

Fabulous an led Unforgettable
I would not have wanted anyone else but Teri to get the job done for my wedding day! She’s amazing at what she does and does it so effortlessly. My hair could not have looked perfect and my makeup was just enough to make me feel alive. She a miracle worker! If you want someone that does both services for a special occasion she’s your girl, you will not be disappointed. I can’t thank her enough ♥️

Best Decision Ever!
From the minute I spoke with Teri, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with for my wedding. After my makeup trial, it only reaffirmed my decision because she did such an amazing trial. She was even flexible with the contract given one of my bridesmaids backed out due to COVID, and was happy to update my contract.
When it came to the big day, I was even more blown away by her and Lien's work. The bridesmaids and mom's all looked beautiful, and every one of them was so happy with their hair and makeup for the big day. Teri and Lien were also fun to hang out with while getting ready, and that's just as important since you spend 8+ hours with them that day! They arrived right on time, and worked their butts off the entire day.
I have honestly never felt more beautiful, and that is all thanks to Teri and Lien. I've had my makeup done for other weddings, and she does not compare to what she did for mine. I would 100% recommend her to anyone I know because she is such a talented artist, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
